***In charge of several customers’ accounts within the company
Samples development:
• In charge of liaising with designers + pattern maker + sewing team in sample room to set up and meet the production samples’ calendar
• In charge of liaising with factories to book capacity to produce samples
• In charge of getting all of them on time versus schedule
• In charge of booking courrier to ship samples to customers
• responsible for gathering related invoices and fapiaos from suppliers and pass them to accounting department. In charge of following up all samples expenses and invoicing until full completion of payments to suppliers / from customers
• In charge of checking samples with qc team to ensure compliance in every detail and measuring – produce reports for customers
• In charge of liaising with suppliers in china and vietnam for ordering fabric yardages and trims as required
• Measurements and other follow up tables to be filled in and updated + internal erp
Open costs / quoting:
• Produce and update bill of materail and open costs based on various possible order quantities
• Actively report all suppliers’ performance issues, assist in sourcing and evaluating new suppliers in china and south east asia or Europe region for fabric, trims and accessories as necessary.
• Support and follow up with factories for “best” terms- including costing, delivery dates, payment terms, etc.- for the company.
• Negotiation with suppliers and factories to achieve price targets
• In charge of keeping the supplier’s database up to date at all time
• Responsible for liaising with suppliers to get all fabrics / trims / accessories prices
Bulk production follow up- in charge of several customers’ accounts
• Work closely with factories in order to ensure they fully and accurately understand requirements for all tech packs, timelines, pricing, packaging, testing, delivery deadlines, quality standards and compliance.
• Follow up all requested samples and on time delivery
• Liaise with the sample room to get the sample checked and responsible for putting together the report and for sending it to the customer
• Report directly to the company management on a daily basis and strictly follow up and report on the Production Plan table. Must ensure that products are delivered on time.
• Ensure with suppliers that bulk yardage, accessories and trims are delivered on time to ensure agreed delivery date is met
• Support in monitoring all delivery related issues: responsible for execution and weekly updates in writing for all pos, and ensure timely and accurate information is given to the management team.
• Manage the entire bulk production life cycle with China and / or Vietnam suppliers up to the shipment
• Responsible for providing customer’s guidelines to factories and monitoring their strict application during the whole bulk production process.
• Liaise between factories and qc 3rd party to ensure all garments’ quality requirements are met during inline and final check
• Follow up with other members of the team in charge of documentation, shipping and logistics issues, to ensure on time ex- factory and boarding of vessel.
Administrative part
• Monitoring all delivery issues and responsible for weekly updates in writing and ensure timely and accurate information is given to the management team.
• Responsible for daily updating of the detailed production planning through internal erp
• Follow up with other members of the team in charge of documentation, shipping and logistics issues, to ensure on time ex- factory and boarding of vessel.
• Responsible for gathering all related invoices of dedicated customer’s accounts and pass them to accounting department
• Review of loss and profit per customer

Job requirements & skills required
• Experience within parkas, coats, down wear, jackets, sweaters categories is necessary
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills, strong in negotiation and problem solving
• Diploma or university degree holder in apparel merchandising or a related field is preferred
• Minimum 5 years merchandising experience in apparel industry
• Organized, determination and perseverance in reaching goals with a never give up attitude
• Excellent verbal and written English skills with outgoing, extroverted personality
• Previous experience in managing FOB small orders from 300 pieces
• Perfect understanding of garments constructions and quoting process and previous strong quoting experience required
• Skilled with adobe illustrator / excel / word / PowerPoint…
