Organize and manage digital documents, ensure accurate records in accounting

software.

Monitor and liaise with clients on accounting-related matters.

Assist senior accountants with tasks under their guidance.

Carry out the following basic bookkeeping tasks with accuracy, precision, and

punctuality:

a) Data entry.

b) Data verification.

c) Journal entry, posting, and verification.

d) Reconciliation.

Job Requirements:

Education: Final-year students (with no remaining subjects and available for full-

time work) or fresh graduates from University or College, majoring in Accounting,

Finance, Auditing, or Taxation.

Experience: Not required. However, candidates with experience in XERO software

or knowledge of international accounting (Singapore, Australia, etc.), or those with an

LCCI equivalents are preferred. Students pursuing ACCA (or equivalent) are also

Welcome.

Skills:

o Strong understanding of accounting principles.

o Good English communication skills (both written and spoken).

o Proficiency in PDF tools, Excel, and Google applications.

Traits:
