Job Description

I. Customer Management & Development:

• Manage project timelines and ensure the delivery of quality results as committed.
• Prepare quotations, propose solutions, analyze competitors, and provide strategic recommendations to clients.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness, proactively suggesting optimization strategies.
• Ensure project completion and quality control according to agreed terms.

II. Internal Coordination:

• Coordinate and manage the flow of information between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
• Receive and collaborate with internal teams to address client requests, including livestream projects and other related services.

III. Market Evaluation & Research:

• Develop appropriate solutions and optimize strategies for existing clients.
• Seek and establish new business relationships with potential clients.

Qualifications

I. Educational Background:

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.

II. Experience:

• At least 1 year of experience in Account, Marketing, or Project Leader roles within an agency.
• Experience working with platforms like TikTok, Shopee, or other e-commerce channels is an advantage.

III. Skills & Attributes:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both clients and internal teams.
• Strong project and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive, energetic, and responsible with a high level of commitment to work.
• Strategic thinking and quick problem-solving abilities.
• Preference for candidates with knowledge of marketing, communications, or e-commerce.

Work Location & Time

Monday - Friday, from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM.
