JOB PURPOSES:
We are looking for a Senior Demand planner who will be in charge of the S&OP process to deliver a realistic number based on historical data, the trend of the market, and the business target; besides, optimizing Supply Chain cost by building up the effective supply planning with quality in stock level and satisfied Service level.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and lead the S&OP process, ensuring all processes follow Global guidelines.
- Statistical and analysis forecast based on historical data, seasonality, activities, market trend, budget, build up Baseline forecast.
- Challenge the forecast from Sale team, Marketing team based on concrete demand data analysis.
- Contribute to Trade promotion activity regarding forecast perspective, supply & logistic matters.
- Integrate all forecast building blocks (baseline, promotion, seasonality, market trend…) to create a concrete
- S&OP number with full documents captured activities, assumptions, and changes.
- Highlight all the gaps or risks compared to the Budget, and publicize the final S&OP number with full approval from GM.
- Communicate with all export countries to get their demand, a challenge if having any discrepancy. Submit the total Region S&OP number to the Global team monthly.
- Connect weekly to Sale team to understand and analyze MTD performance and build up MTG Best Estimate Sale Forecast.
- Control healthy Inventory by daily tracking stock level, sale performance, supply plan, and stock allocation by region.
- Evaluate the shortage risk, define an action plan, and communicate with all relevant partners.
- Define and implement an action plan for Excess and Obsolete Inventory.
- Build a good relationship with cross-key partners (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service…) and be the bridge connection between the Head Office and Plant related to Sale Forecast, Trade Activity, Supply plan, and Logistics.
- Product Portfolio Management to simplify catalog, maximize the contribution, and save cost.
- Be in charge of Sale Forecast Accuracy, Inventory, Obsolete, Excess, and Service Rate.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Economy, Trade, International Business, or a closely related field.
- From 3 years of related experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and (or) Supply Chain in general.
Analysis and forecast skills.
- Be able to work under time constraints.
- Strong communication & presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good in English communications.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Economy, Trade, International Business, or a closely related field.
- From 3 years of related experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and (or) Supply Chain in general.
