* Ensure that financial statements comply with Vietnamese Accounting Standards, International Accounting Standards, tax regulations, and the company's Chart of Accounts (CoA).

* Monitor the daily booking of accounting team members and review all transactions to ensure the relevance and reliability of figures booked in the system.

* Prepare closing entries (accrual/ provision/ allocation/etc.).

* In charge of CIT quarterly estimates and annual finalization.

* Responsible for other statutory reports (Statistic Office).

* Update news or changes in the laws on tax and accounting

* Keep track of tax alerts from professional publications or consulting firms to update the accounting team on local regulations/instructions.

* Prepare ad-hoc requirements assigned by the manager with the provided deadline

* Assist the Chief Accountant in improving the accounting procedures/ workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce the team's workload.

* Support other departments when necessary.
