About Hino Connect Project: Hino Connect is a remote vehicle management and monitoring system, aimed at delivering outstanding value to Hino's customers and enhancing our competitive advantage. We are looking for a dynamic and eager-to learn Project Coordinator to contribute to the success of this project.
1. Job Purpose: To support the effective operation of Hino Connect project by
executing coordination activities, handling data, and collaborating with various
departments, thereby contributing to the project's overall growth and success.
2. Key Responsibilities
- Be responsible for Hino Connect device Order Plan and Installation Plan, based upon Vehicle Production Plan. Work with Purchasing for payment procedures to suppliers.
- Coordinate with internal function teams: Sales, Customer Support and relevant partners to ensure smooth project operations.
- Update and manage the customer database. Perform data analysis reports as required to support activation ratio enhancement.
- Cooperate with Sales Division in activities related to introducing and promoting Hino Connect to dealers and customers, collecting service fees, answering inquiries.
- Support to conduct product training courses for dealers and customers.
- Others jobs assigned by supervisor.- Bachelor's Degree in University, major in Business Administration/ Economics or related fields.
- 2-4 years of work experience in roles such as Project Coordinator, Sales Admin, Sales Operation, Project Assistant, or other business support functions. Having working experience in FDI company is a plus.
- Good command of English (TOEIC 550) & Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, PPT.
- Good communication and problem solving
- Logical mindset, good ability of data analysis & reporting skill.
