Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for financial accounting and report preparation (such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements) for the Vietnam office, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
2. Manage funds and tax, overseeing the company's cash flow management (including fund receipts and payments, foreign exchange risk hedging, and liquidity monitoring); develop tax planning schemes to ensure compliance with declarations (such as corporate income tax, value-added tax, etc.).
3. Responsible for compliance and risk management. Familiar with and ensure that financial operations comply with local accounting standards, tax laws, and business regulations in Vietnam, ensuring supervision of financial process compliance to prevent legal risks such as money laundering and corruption.
4. Implement the financial policies, systems, and processes of the group headquarters locally, promoting standardization and digital transformation.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 2 years of financial management experience in multinational companies, experience in the Big Four accounting firms, or experience in Vietnam's tax system preferred; familiar with Vietnam's tax regulations.
2. Proficiency in Chinese or English as working languages, with cross-cultural communication skills, risk sensitivity, and the ability to work under pressure.
