Job Descriptions:

• Plan and execute vehicle-level tests to evaluate energy management and driving quality attributes (e.g., range, regenerative braking, drive-off behavior, coasting, acceleration feel).
• Support development and validation of energy consumption strategies and vehicle response behavior in real-world and controlled test environments.
• Instrument vehicles with data acquisition systems (e.g., CAN loggers, GPS, HV current sensors, IMUs) and verify signal quality.
• Conduct tests under various driving scenarios including city, highway, hill route, and standard driving cycles (e.g., MIDC, WLTP, NEDC).
• Analyze collected data and generate test reports summarizing KPIs, findings, and root cause analysis.
• Benchmark competitor vehicles and contribute to target setting for energy and driving quality attributes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including calibration, controls, HMI, and software teams to provide feedback and support for attribute tuning.
• Maintain test vehicle readiness, coordinate workshop tasks, and ensure test instrumentation integrity.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in test methodology and attribute development processes.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• 1–5 years of experience in vehicle testing or attribute engineering.
• Hands-on experience with data acquisition tools (e.g., Vector CANape/CANalyzer, INCA, Dewesoft, Racelogic, AVL).
• Knowledge of CAN, LIN, or FlexRay communication protocols.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional and international team environment.
