Mô tả công việc
- Order Housekeeping supplies as when required and maintain proper par levels.
- Verify quantities of each type of arrival supply destined for the Housekeeping storeroom.
- Properly date, label and rotate all items according to the established standards and procedures.
- Complete all requisitions in a timely manner. Ensure only written requisitioned items are sent out from storeroom.
- Distribute required supplies to Housekeeping pantry and maintain proper par level basis.
- Promptly notify Assistant Housekeeping Manager or Housekeeping Manager of any items that are low or out of stock.
- Report any breakage or lose to Assistant Housekeeping Manager or Housekeeping Manager.
- Ensure to follow the correct procedures for the Housekeeping storeroom and recording of lost/damaged property as per established standards and procedures.
- Ensure to attend the physical inventory check while carried out by Finance & Business Support Department.
- Maintain constant awareness of safety issues, such as wet floors/broken glasses/frayed electrical cords/water leaks in guest areas and colleague areas, and inform Housekeeping Coordinator promptly.
- Report accidents or injuries (for both guests and colleagues) to the Regent Service Centre immediately and keep Assistant Housekeeping Manager or Housekeeping Manager informed.
- Report unusual behaviour/activities of any personnel within the resort premises to Housekeeping Manager.
- Ensure your work stations are clean and well organized at all times.
- Have full knowledge of all resort’s products and facilities, operating hours.
- Maintain positive guest and colleague interactions.
- Comply with the resort’s health, safety and hygiene policies and adhere to conduct personnel grooming and hygiene standards.
- Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time.
