Job Duties:

1. be responsible for financial accounting, statement preparation (e.g. balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement) of Vietnam country office to ensure data accuracy and timeliness;

2. responsible for fund management and tax management, coordinating the company's cash flow management (e.g. fund receipt and payment, foreign exchange risk hedging and liquidity monitoring, etc.); formulating tax planning programs and ensuring compliance with filing (e.g. EIT, VAT, etc.);

3. responsible for compliance and risk management. Familiarize with and ensure financial operations comply with local accounting standards, tax laws and business regulations in Vietnam, ensure monitoring of financial process compliance and prevent legal risks such as money laundering and corruption;

4. be responsible for the implementation of financial policies, systems and processes of the Group's headquarter in the local area, and promote standardization and digital transformation.

Post qualifications:

1, Bachelor degree or above, more than 2 years of experience in financial management of multinational enterprises, or experience working in Big 4 accounting firms, or experience working in Vietnam's national finance and taxation system is preferred, familiar with Vietnam's national finance and taxation regulations;

2, Chinese or English as working language, cross-cultural communication skills, risk sensitivity and stress tolerance.
