1. Conduct on-site inspections of local financial situations (requires travel), including but not limited to bank and fund-related matters, document verification, tax declarations, and financial risks related to business operations.
2. Engage directly with frontline business operations, participate in business meetings, understand business needs, streamline financial processes for business units, standardize approval workflows, and enhance business efficiency.
3. Communicate with business units to track group receivables according to the business collection process, organize and coordinate the reconciliation and breakdown of actual receivables, ensuring financial clarity.
4. Assist business unit leaders and sales directors with relevant financial support, propose solutions to specific issues in the business-finance line, advocate and promote financial management systems.
5. Coordinate with outsourced accountants, including the selection, communication, and coordination of accountants.
6. Tailor business-to-finance processes based on the needs of Southeast Asian business development, enhance financial informatization, identify potential risks, and establish and continuously improve financial management processes and risk management systems (including but not limited to funds, taxation, accounting, and other financial-related tasks).
7. Compile, adjust, and monitor the Southeast Asian budget, analyze and control expenses; produce monthly operational analysis reports, analyze deviations from budget indicators, and provide timely management recommendations (in later stages).
8. Research and analyze avenues and entry points for tax optimization to save company taxes (in later stages).
9. Timely issuance of responsible entity financial reports and management reports each month (in later stages).
10. Provide financial data needed for audits.
11. Handle other tasks assigned by leadership.
