About the Role
The Community Content Writer is "the voice for 100,000 readers a day" - responsible for producing all interactive, engaging, and educational content for Hyra Network and Hyra Bid communities. This content will be distributed across top Web3 platforms such as Telegram, Discord, X, Zealy, Galxe, and more. This role plays a key part in shaping user sentiment, behavior, and long-term loyalty among the Web3 user base, who demand both authenticity and community excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Create daily community content including updates, pinned messages, rule reminders, mini quotes, and discussion prompts to maintain consistent engagement.
Write scripts for community-driven activities such as AMAs, meme contests, mini games, and airdrop quests.
Develop and edit clear, user-friendly technical guides for Web3 activities such as staking, reverse auctions, testnets, and multi-signature wallets.
Translate and localize international content to fit the tone and culture of various communities (EN, VN, PH, ID, CN, IN...).
Manage and maintain the community brand voice: friendly, trustworthy, and Web3-savvy.
Collaborate closely with the Community Manager, Moderators, Designers, and Growth Hackers to execute aligned and timely campaigns.Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience writing content for Web3 communities.
Proven track record managing or contributing to communities with 50,000+ members.
Experience using platforms like Zealy, Galxe, Crew3, or managing DAO communities on Discord.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge in creating content about staking, farming, voting, DePIN, NFT auctions, etc.
Skilled in social-first storytelling that is short, engaging, and shareable.
Able to write guides that are technically accurate yet easy to understand.
Capable of bilingual or localized writing (English-Vietnamese preferred).

Maintains daily engagement to keep the community alive and active.
Quick to adapt and respond to FUD, system bugs, leaks, or Web3 drama.
