Key Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing technology road map
- Collaboratively working with project stream and talent stream for technical issues
- Partnering with development functions for demand-supply management
- Enable associates to find work aligned to the skills
- Well-nourished and well-orchestrated talent management and development
- Effective risk management in technical complexity and volatility
- Increase of engineering efficiency
- Availability of the right technical associates at the right time for the right projects
Must Have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or a related engineering field.
- 10+ years of experience in project/program management with strong leadership and organizational development skills.
- Proven experience in the embedded systems field and in managing teams of 50+ members.
- Solid understanding of software requirements and the software development lifecycle.
- Proficiency in V-Model and Agile methodologies for effective project execution.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, mentor individuals, and support both technical and personal development.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong ability to collaborate effectively across departments and multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience in the automotive embedded systems field.
- Familiarity with continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD) practices.
- PMP and/or Scrum Master certification(s) preferred.
