Responsibilities:
A Construction Manager (CM) leads the site supervision team for a project and represents IntES on the construction site. The CM is responsible for:
• Coordinating supervision to ensure the correct execution of activities by contractors/vendors in accordance with approved drawings, schedules, and prescribed rules and instructions.
• Reporting progress and other relevant matters regarding site activities to the Client.
• Taking appropriate measures in case of disruptions to progress.
• Reviewing Health and Safety plans prepared by all contractors.
• Checking the maintenance of resources, materials, and equipment made available or purchased, including ensuring that goods obtained comply with regulations, permits, or the Health and Safety plan, as well as statutory provisions.
The CM is authorized to give binding instructions to contractors/vendors to ensure the safe progress of site activities. They are also authorized to stop works, remove personnel from the site, or forbid access when safety regulations are not complied with. Before commencing duties on the construction site, the CM must obtain information from the Project Manager (PM) on specific technical and organizational aspects of the project. They will familiarize themselves with drawings, schedules, specifications, and go through placed orders and approved directives. Subsequently, the CM prepares the construction plan and arranges deliveries to the construction site based on the current time schedule in consultation with Procurement.• Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline.
• Minimum 05 years' experience at the CM position.
• Experience in food & beverage construction is advantage.
• Construction practicing certificate lever I is mandatory required.
• Know well CAD, Microsoft project, skill in presentation by power point
