Job Description:

Our Customer is a leading data-driven marketing tech company headquartered in New York, operating on four continents with 1,300+ employees. Our client offers CRM, customer acquisition, strategic managed services, and private data cloud solutions. Our customer powers ‘end to end’ marketing programs for some of the world’s leading brands.

Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to join our global team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of new customer solutions, ensuring seamless integration, and providing technical support throughout the onboarding process. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and client success, to ensure that our solutions align with customer needs and business objectives.

• Own the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and integration of our customer’s solutions for their customers.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the onboarding phase, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Troubleshoot integration issues, including debugging JavaScript, adjusting HTML/CSS for email templates, and analyzing data flows.
• Collaborate with internal teams to communicate customer requirements, feature requests, and potential product enhancements.
• Work with API integrations, data pipelines, and automation tools to optimize customer implementation.
• Develop and document best practices, technical solutions, and integration guides for internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.
  
  

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years in a technical role, with at least 3 years in a data integration role or similar role. Our team focuses more on client integration with our products.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, and SQL/NoSQL databases. Python a plus.
• Strong understanding of web technologies, including RESTful APIs, JSON, and XML.
• Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS) for email and web applications
• 3 yrs+ of customer facing experience, preferably at a SaaS company
• Must be able to build rapport with Product/Engineering teams as well as Customer-side teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience working with ESPs a plus (i.e. Marketo, SFMC, Responsys, Iterable)
• Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose technical issues and propose effective solutions.
• Project Management: Experience with Agile methodologies, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience in marketing technology, ad tech, or customer data platforms.
• Experience working with large-scale data systems, analytics, and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with AI-driven customer engagement solutions.
