Job descriptions:

• Design, develop and maintain projects using one or some following Salesforce technologies: Community Cloud, Apps Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Lightning Experience.
• Communicate with the Customer/onsite team to get/clarify the requirements via email/telephone/video conference.
• Assist the Project Manager in estimating and managing the tasks assigned to team members.
• Provide the guidelines on coding standards to team members and review their code.
• Recommend solutions in order to improve the performance of projects and help to ensure that the delivery meets customers’ expectations.
• Write technical and user guide documentations

EDUCATION

• Degree of IT

TECHNICAL EXPERIENCES

• At least 2 years of experience in Salesforce development
• Experience developing customer-facing interfaces.
• Experience in salesforce ERP/CRM platforms.
• Experience in SQL, Apex, JavaScript/HTML, and Visual Force.
• Knowledge of OOP/Java/ .NET or PHP is a plus
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to problem solve high-level software and application issues.
• Ability to gather requirements and present solutions to stakeholders.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

• English and Japanese skill is a plus
