Plan and manage IT service to be able to deliver IT infrastructure services with quality in accordance with the needs of users and standard, as well as manage IT asset throughout the life cycle from preparation, installation, operation, and decommissioning to ensure efficient use of IT assets and enhance service level standards.
Supervise, provide guidance in planning, executing, and coordinating with related parties to manage the project scope and ensure that all infrastructure projects are delivered on-time and aligned with budget planning, resources, and control, as well as provide service provision and deliver infrastructure project management reports and presentations.
Responsibilities:
*Infra Management:
• Define and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) with both internal and external stakeholders and ensure that SLAs align with business objectives
• Manage the day-to-day delivery of IT infrastructure services, including incident management, problem resolution, and request fulfillment to ensure service disruptions are minimized
• Work with IT teams to identify opportunities for infrastructure service improvement and efficiency enhancements
• Develop and maintain IT disaster recovery (ITDR) plans and backup systems to minimize downtime in case of system failures
• Maintain a comprehensive inventory of all IT assets, including, servers, networks, software licenses to ensure maximum efficiency
• Implement asset tracking systems and tools to monitor the location, status, and configuration of IT assets
• Maintain accurate records, including asset configuration, warranties, and license documentation
• Generate regular reports on asset utilization, compliance status, and cost-saving opportunities for management and stakeholders
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design new IT services or improve existing ones, considering service level agreements (SLAs), service catalogs, and user requirements
** Infra Project Management:
• Supervise in developing comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation for local and regional IT infrastructure projects
• Provide guidance and monitor project costs, create budgets, and financial resources to ensure projects are delivered within budgetary constraints
• Provide guidance and improve local and regional information technology architecture to be able to respond to business needs in accordance with Bank's information technology architecture structure
• Provide advice on developing work systems to be consistent with the local and regional infrastructure architecture
• Develop workplan and provide service provision to create and set up IT infrastructure as well as resolve any issues or problems that may arise during the provisioning process
• Monitor and identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and delays
• Monitor daily/weekly operations and maintain communication with project stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and addressing concerns
• Recommend and manage changes to project scope, schedule, or objectives, as needed, while minimizing impact on project success
• Supervise and provide accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations
• Collaborate with external vendors and contractors, ensuring they meet project requirements and deadlines
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• At least 10 years of experience as in Infrastructure Engineer, Infrastructure Service Management and Infrastructure Project Management
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure systems, experienced in advanced analytics systems
• Ability to take leadership role in outages/critical situations when IT systems are down and there is a business impact
• Good English communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to work under pressure
• Crisis management/critical incident management skills
• Good collaboration skill to work with functional-cross teams and building good understanding of clients business process and relationships with stakeholders
• Experiences in banking domain is a HUGE plus
