* Job summary
- There is a versatile and adaptable role that combines the responsibilities of a Butler, Receptionist, and Waiter. Serving as a key point of contact for guests at WoCAL Ke Ga Glamping, a luxury eco-resort in Vietnam focused on serene experiences and a connection to nature, delivers high-quality service across all areas of the resort. This includes the beach club, tents, lounge areas, and reception. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, and creative in handling guest requests and operational tasks.
* Duties and responsibilities:
- Guest Services:
+ Warmly and professionally greet guests upon arrival, creating an atmosphere of comfort and hospitality.
+ Organise and manage the transportation of guest luggage to and from accommodations.
+ Anticipate guest needs, providing personalised attention throughout their stay.
+ Coordinate special requests such as excursions, events, or celebrations to enhance the guest experience.
+ Ensure tents and rooms are impeccably prepared in line with the resort's eco-luxury standards.
- Front Office Operations:
+ Efficiently handle guest check-ins and check-outs, accurately managing reservations and payments.
+ Promptly respond to guest inquiries, providing detailed information about resort amenities and local attractions.
+ Professionally manage phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication.
+ Maintain accurate guest records and update reservation systems as needed.
+ Keep the reception area clean and organised, reflecting the serene and cosy atmosphere of the resort.
- Food & Beverage Service (Waiter Duties):
+ Serve meals and beverages across various dining outlets, ensuring timely and courteous service.
+ Offer knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, accommodating dietary restrictions and preferences.
+ Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders.
+ Maintain cleanliness and organisation of dining areas, including setting up and clearing tables.
+ Accurately process payments for food and beverage services.
- General Responsibilities:
+ Work closely with all team members to ensure an unparalleled guest experience.

* Education and Formal Training:
- Certificate or diploma in Hospitality Management or related fields is an advantage.
* Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality roles, preferably combining guest services, food & beverage service, and front office operations.
- Proficiency in Vietnamese is required; knowledge of English or other languages is a plus.
- Familiarity with local culture and attractions to enhance guest interactions.
