In view of our growing business needs, we are seeking to hire a dynamic individual to join us as “Warehouse Manager” in support of our business operations in Vietnam.
• To lead, train, guide, coach and manage the warehouse team, and be responsible to maintain high performance of day-to-day business operations in the warehouse’s storage and shipment process.
• Set warehouse and team goals in collaboration with executive management and other team leads, ensure goals are met.
• Responsible for resource planning (manpower & equipment) in meeting business objectives.
• Establish warehouse practices and protocols to achieve an efficient warehouse and zero stock variance.
• Conduct periodic review of the warehouse operations policies & SOP to ensure adherence and compliance.
• Manage warehouse associates, monitor their work, ensure continuous improvement in the performance of their job tasks, maintain and ensure safety protocols for workers & equipments are followed.
• Prepare the work schedule for warehouse workers; manage work flow and worker’s utilization efficiently.
• Optimize storage of materials and the use of storage space through the adoption of good housekeeping with emphasis on workplace safety in compliance with HSE regulations; adopting FIFO and LIFO inventory management.
• Responsible for organizing and conducting periodical cycle count and regular stock-take to ensure the accuracy in identifying, labeling and counts of the physical stock.
• Lead, support and participate in both internal and external audit; Internal audit to report on inventory while making recommendations on which items to order and restock.
• Investigate into stock variances and report immediately, reconcile and provide solutions to prevent or resolve issues pertaining to stock losses etc.
• Manage and coordinate logistics activities, support and communicate with inter-departments to ensure timely delivery and in meeting delivery and shipment schedules.
• Able to multitask and manage the receiving, warehousing (handling, storing, picking, and packing activities) of the warehouse, distribution and maintenance operations, ensuring that quality standards are met or exceeded.
• Prepare the shipments and help with loading the outgoing items on trucks/containers
• Ensure on-time and accurate update of materials and stock movement records into the WMS and Navision system, and submission of all relevant documents to the respective departments for processing.
• Ensure all the documents are recorded accurately, maintained with traceability and transparency daily.
• Daily, weekly & monthly management reporting; produce inventory reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc).
• Assert warehouse security policies, as well as security of a loading dock and the adjacent areas, preventing theft.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree holder preferably in Accounting and/or
• 6-7 years of proven relevant working experience in Warehouse & Logistics operations in manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Proficient in MS Office applications, with Hands on experience with ERP and warehouse management software and databases (Navision and WMS).
• Excellent leadership, ability to lead staff, with good time management.
• Strong decision making, problem solving skills; proactive and action taker.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be a team player to work with other departments to achieve corporate goals.
• Excellent business English. Knowledge of Vietnamese is highly preferred and advantageous.
• Salary will commensurate with experience.
