1. MAIN TASK/ NỘI DUNG CÔNG VIỆC:
Control all activity of import department including Ho Chi Minh, Binh Duong and Tien Giang. Ensure all operation will be smoothly and achive the target. It will be a key contact of import department for customer, agent, partner, managerment, staff and other department…
+ Customer: Taking care of them and make sure smoothly servive from receiving new shipment until the end: Making quotation, follow the customs clearance procedure and relatived special inspetion, Arrange trucking plan, Making Debit note and send SOA (if need).
Advise customer about procedure match with current regulation in Viet Nam to avoid any risk and get more benefit.
Connect with customer and make the relation ship with them. It be responsible for all customer complaints and expected to be able to negotiate claims.
+ Agent: Work with all agent in any new shipment, any key issue. Checking quotaion and follow shipment from beginning until the end.
Explain to them about the shipping document and special inspection that will need to be prepare first to match with the current procedure in Vietnam.
+Staff: Get any responsibility from all staff of import department: Recruitment, training, asigning jobs, building team to work together to achieve the highest efficiency.
Proactive and monitor operation and daily performance of import department following up the Company’s Policy, resolve any issue or incident occurred to meet customer’s expectation and requirements with excellent customer service.
+Managerment:
Weekly performance report of import department to Branch manager.
Monthly report of Import & Export operation to Branch Manager.
Work closely with other departments for the improvement and development company.
+Vendor/ Partner:
- Suppliers: Negotiates with vendor, carrier, partner to get their priority service in trucking plan with best price.
- Other state agencies: Vinacontrol, Quatest 3, Customs department…: Willing to work with them to deal in needed case
+Other : Checking of all invoice and approve the payment of vendor and operation. Other tasks will be assigned by Branch Manager.
