WE ARE HIRING – QC MANAGER

Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

We are a U.S.-based apparel company with a representative office in Ho Chi Minh City, currently seeking a QC Manager to join our dynamic and growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the Quality Control (QC) team across multiple factory locations.
• Ensure production meets company’s quality standards and customer requirements.
• Conduct inline and final inspections, prepare reports, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Coordinate closely with factories, merchandising, and technical teams.
• Identify and resolve quality issues, improve processes, and minimize defects.
• Monitor and maintain records of inspection data and performance evaluations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in garment quality control, including 2+ years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of apparel construction, production processes, and quality standards (especially for U.S. or international markets).
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• English proficiency (spoken and written) is required.
• Willing to travel to factory sites when needed.
