- At least 5- 10 years of experience in technical field
- Bachelor&039;s degree or higher in a related field such as polymer, materials, or chemical engineering
- Experience in automotive and appliance compounding company is preferred
- Good communication in English and technical documentation
- Understanding of standard testing methods such as ISO/ASTM
