We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Order Desk cum Logistics Staff. In this role, you will be responsible for managing order processing and logistics operations to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of products to our customers.
Responsibilities
1. Order Desk jobs
• PO management: PO receiving & verifying, right order type applying, package price, PO status monitoring, order inputting to LG system
• Promotional order management: Promotion goods program checking & correctly applying, Compensation data verifying. Ensure promotional programs follow trade law and company regulation before issuing order.
• Good set Return & Re-invoice: Monitoring products returned, collect all supporting documents, Processing on time. Follow-up status until warehouse receiving.
• Marketing sample control: remind and push PIC return MKT sample back to WH in due.
• KPIs: Direct Delivery, NGSI (Non Goodset Inventory), Delay sample collection rate.
2. Logistics jobs: Delivery management
• Monitor the daily WH pending shipment report and remind the warehouse team to expedite late shipments.
• Collaborate with WH, Sales, and Customers to quickly develop a receiving plan for pending orders and resolve any delivery issues that may arise.
• Last 5 days at month-end: Review WH report and inform Salesman about any failed or risky POs that cannot be delivered within the month. Request Salesman to handle more POs for available FTL shipments or obtain another PO for the central warehouse.
