2. General Objectives:

• Build and develop the Copyright Business Department into a professional and efficient unit that contributes to revenue growth and sustainable development of the company.

• Ensure a diverse, high-quality, and strategically aligned supply of licensed content.

• Optimize revenue from the exploitation and distribution of licensed content on the application.

• Establish and maintain sustainable partnerships with domestic and international content providers.

3. Key Functions:

• Manage and operate copyright business activities: Plan, organize, coordinate, and control the purchase, distribution, and management of content licenses.

• Build and develop the team: Recruit, train, manage, and develop the copyright business staff.

• Develop partnerships: Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with producers, distributors, and content providers.

• Exploit and optimize copyright revenue: Develop effective copyright business strategies and maximize revenue from content distribution on the application.

4. Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement copyright business strategies:

o Conduct market research and analyze user trends and needs to build appropriate business strategies.

o Plan for the purchase, distribution, and exploitation of licensed content to achieve revenue and profit targets.

o Develop and manage the department’s operating budget.

• Manage and operate licensing transactions:

o Search for and evaluate potential content aligned with the company’s content development strategy.

o Negotiate and sign license purchase and distribution contracts, ensuring maximum benefits for the company.

o Manage and monitor contract execution to ensure all parties comply with commitments.

• Manage and exploit licensed content:

o Develop exploitation and distribution plans for content on the application to optimize revenue.

o Monitor and manage the use of licenses to ensure compliance with contractual terms.

o Coordinate with relevant departments (marketing, production, etc.) to implement promotional and content exploitation activities.

• Manage and develop the team:

o Recruit, train, and develop copyright business staff.

o Assign tasks, supervise, and evaluate staff performance.

o Build a professional, dynamic, and effective working environment.

• Reporting and analysis:

o Prepare periodic reports on copyright business performance and analyze operational effectiveness.

o Propose solutions to improve business efficiency.

o Ensure legal and contractual compliance related to copyrights.

5. Authority:

• Authority to decide on the purchase, sale, and distribution of licensed content within the delegated scope.

• Authority to negotiate and sign licensing contracts within the delegated scope.

• Authority to propose copyright business strategies and content exploitation plans.

• Authority to select and work with content providers.

• Authority to recruit personnel for the department.

• Authority to propose business plans and support tools.

6. Accountability:

• Responsible for ensuring a diverse, high-quality content supply aligned with the company’s content development strategy.

• Responsible for optimizing revenue from the exploitation and distribution of licensed content on the application.

• Responsible for building and maintaining sustainable partnerships with content providers.

• Responsible for managing and developing the copyright business team.

• Responsible for compliance with legal regulations and licensing agreements.

• Responsible for the operational efficiency of the Copyright Business Department.

• Responsible for reporting and analyzing business performance and proposing improvement solutions.

7. Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Economics, Commerce, Law, Communications, or related fields.

• Experience:

- At least 3–5 years of experience in copyright business, preferably in the entertainment or media industry.

- Experience in team management and partnership development.

• Skills:

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

- Strong market analysis and business planning skills.

- Effective time management and problem-solving skills.

- Teamwork skills.
