Job Description

• Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, contracts, and related documents
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
• Manage and update sales data, reports, and customer databases
• Handle customer inquiries and follow up on orders
• Support in organizing sales meetings and maintaining schedules
• Other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

• College or university degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• At least 1 year to 2 years of experience in a similar position is preferred
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluent in English - able to communicate with foreign clients and partners

• Working hours: 8 hours/day, Monday to Friday and 2 Saturdays per month (8:00 AM -5:30 PM)
