Mô Tả Công Việc
1. To implement sales, promotion and marketing plans and program according to the strategies, objectives and goals decided by the Management.
2. To conduct marketing and business development activities to promote the company’s product brands and the sales of products in the market segment/ territory assigned to achieve and even exceed the sales target set by the superior.
3. To continuously source for new and potential wholesalers and customers to increase the market share and sales volumes.
4. To build and develope good network and relationship with wholesalers and end-users.
5. To report to the superior to solve quality problem or customer’s complaints effectively.
6. Prepare Quotation, Contract. Receive requisition and feedback from customers.
7. To conduct effective and proactictive customer service and customer care to understand their needs, their problems and situations for taking timely and appropriate actions.
8. To closely monitor the credit limits and collection from the customers assigned
9. To source for information of the market and the competitors’ to timely update the superior for necessary reactions.
10. To make required written reports and analyze the information and sales data.
11. To timely report and update the superior of any arising problem or deviation from the plan.
12. To assume any other assignments or responsibilities given by the Company Management
