Overview

As a Senior Unity Developer at Mirai Labs, you will spearhead a team of Unity developers, driving the development of engaging and innovative mobile games. Your role will involve a blend of technical leadership, procedural creation, and people management, ensuring the delivery of high-quality gaming experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Unity developers in the design, development, and optimization of mobile games.
• Establish and refine development procedures to enhance efficiency and quality of game production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, artists, and testers, to ensure cohesive and innovative game development.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends in mobile gaming and Unity development, integrating new technologies and techniques as appropriate.
• Contribute to hands-on development, demonstrating expertise in Unity and game programming.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Foster a creative and collaborative team environment, encouraging innovation and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in game development, with a strong focus on Unity.
• Proven track record of leading development teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Extensive experience in procedural creation and people management.
• Strong proficiency in C# and a deep understanding of Unity’s engine and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Passionate about mobile gaming and up-to-date with the latest gaming trends and technologies.
