Job description

Mobile Health is a Singapore-based IT product company focusing on Medical Technology. Our company is developing medical platforms such as the platform, which connects patients to a trusted network of doctors and other healthcare providers. ManaDr is now available on both iOS, Android, and website.

Established in Oct 2017, MaNaDr has seen its growth beyond the home market and quickly gained notice worldwide. We have been present in more than 6 countries (Singapore, Australia, Malaysia, Vietnam, China, and Cambodia).

We are looking for 01 Full-Time Business Analyst/Product Owner to join our fast-growing team in Hanoi.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between different teams and stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of product requirements, goals, and priorities.
• Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze user data to inform product decisions and improvements. Use insights to identify user pain points, prioritize features, and enhance the overall user experience.
• Engage with stakeholders, including customers, executives, and cross-functional teams, to gather requirements, provide regular updates, and manage expectations throughout the product life cycle.
• Identify and assess potential risks or obstacles to successful product development and delivery. Develop strategies to mitigate risks and ensure smooth progress.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings. Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.

Your skills and experience

• Has at least 3 years of experience working as a Business Analyst, or Product Owner, or similar roles.
• Has a good knowledge of user-experience design in web-based applications and mobile native application
• Be familiar with Agile software development methodology and agile frameworks, including Scrum, and Kanban.
• Be a self-motivated team member who brings enthusiasm to work each day.
• English fluency required for daily written and verbal communication(especially in writing)
