* JOB SUMMARY:
The Planning staff for Nefab Bac Ninh factory will be overall in charge of the planning job for both Bac Ninh and Dong Nai factory which includes of all raw materials, consumable and finished goods, inhouse and main outsourcing-Not including oversee trading FG. This position will report to Senior planning leader
* MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Unify control of one focal point of production and delivery plans,
- Receive information from CS. Deploy in detail weekly / daily basic for Inhouse north/ Inhouse South including Wood & Thermoforming & Extrusion & Corrugated & Samples. And for main local suppliers
- Update the daily status of planning completion, proactively push relevant departments to complete the plan
- Review forecast with CS, review weekly raw materials plans for in-house north and In-house South, build & control inventory for RM and FG based on forecast and lead time with min/max warning in color
- Review weekly raw materials plan for main suppliers build & control inventory for RM and FG based on forecast and lead time with min/max warning in color
- Review consumable materials plan for in-house North, in-house South
- Monitor the progress of incoming materials PO to ensure the progress of incoming materials will match the Min/Max material inventory
- Control and warn of slow-moving goods, warn of issues related to FIFO, JIT follow actions plan related to other departments.
- Responsible for accuracy and deadline of data that put in the system. Pushing all related dept to complete accordingly.
- Responsible for monthly inventory checking at all site (inhouse north / inhouse south / main suppliers). Inventory report must be available at 2nd working day of the month.
- Responsible for running internal KPIs system.
- Responsible for completion of weekly, monthly report (Whole factory)
- Other tasks as assigned by manager.* MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION:
• Minimum bachelor's degree (Preferably in Packaging, Business Administration, Engineering or similar) or equivalent experience.
EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum 3 years' experience working in planning role in manufacturing companies, packaging industry is a plus.
LANGUAGES:
• Fluent in English.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCES:
• College or university graduated in related field.
• Fluent in Microsoft office.
• Logical thinking, proactive, responsibility and hard-working.
• Good interpersonal skill.
• Can work under high pressure.
• Bac Ninh locality is preferred.
