Since 2020, NSV has prioritized digital marketing by enhancing its presence on social networks and hosting webinars to raise awareness about cybersecurity in Vietnam, adapting to the "new normal" during the pandemic.

Role Description

Responsibilities will be discussed and finalized based on suitability. Key duties include:

• Developing and implementing sales strategies through digital marketing.
• Creating engaging content for multiple marketing channels with a thorough understanding of products.
• Managing customer care on social platforms and supporting existing clients.
• Utilizing marketing tools like Canva, ChatGPT, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, and website CMS for content creation, campaign management, and performance tracking.
• Reporting directly to Marketing Manager.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or relevant fields.
• At least 1 year of Marketing experience
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent logical thinking, communication, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with basic marketing tools such as Canva, ChatGPT, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, and website CMS platforms.

Desireable Requirements

• Understanding of business principles and customer care;
• Work experience in a foreign company, especially a Japanese organization.
• Age under 30 
• Knowledge of content marketing, SEO, and email marketing is an advantage.
• Creative and proactive in brainstorming ideas and writing engaging content.

Working Place & Hours

• NSV Hanoi Office, R101, Techno Center, Thang Long Industrial Park, Hanoi, be met and saw off by company’s car every day,
• Monday to Friday: 8:15 – 17:15
• Saturday: 8:15 12:00 (Twice per quarter – Total 8 times per year)

Salary/Other Conditions

• Basic salary: approximate USD500-600(Gross)/month, depending on career and capability.
• Bonus: 13th to 19th-month salary based on performance.
• Allowances: Transportation support; mobile
• Monthly team and individual performance awards,
• Commuting related: There are 2 routes of comfortable bus from the city to the office,
• Motorcycle commuters have an allowance (300,000-400,000 VND),
• Review salary yearly,
• Labor contract, insurance and annual leave are based on Vietnamese law.
