Responsibility for supervising and managing product testing and analysis at various stages of the manufacturing process (In Process Control)
III. MAIN DUTIES
1. Leadership and Team Management
- Provide leadership and direction to the In Process Control (IPC) team within the quality control laboratory.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure effective communication within the team
2. In Process Control Processes
- Oversee the development, implementation, and improvement of In Process Control processes and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with standards, regulatory requirements, and good laboratory practices
3. Testing Coordination for In Process Control
- Coordinate and schedule testing activities at various stages of the manufacturing process.
- Collaborate with production teams to establish efficient testing workflows.
- Monitor and optimize Process Control testing processes to ensure accurate and timely results
4. Data Analysis and Reporting for In-Process Control
- Analyze test results and data from In Process Control tests to assess product quality and compliance.
- Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing In Process Control findings.
- Communicate results to the supervisor, including production and quality assurance teams
5. Continuous Improvement for In Process Control
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement In Process Control testing processes.
- Implement improvements and efficiencies In Process Control testing procedures and workflows
6. Training and Development for In Process Control Testing
- Provide training to laboratory staff, emphasizing In Process Control testing methods and techniques.
- Support the professional development of team members in the field of In Process Control.
7. Equipment Management for In Process Control
- Oversee the proper calibration, maintenance, and operation of laboratory equipment used for In Process Control testing.
- Coordinate equipment troubleshooting and repair activities specific to In Process Control
8. Documentation Oversight for In-Process Control
- Review standard operating procedures (SOP) and documentation related to In Process Control testing.
- Ensure accurate and detailed records of all In Process Control tests performed are maintained.
9. Safety and Compliance for In-Process Control
- Ensure in-process control testing practices comply with safety regulations.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and other relevant standards.
10. Problem Resolution for In-Process Control
- Investigate deviations from quality standards identified during In Process Control testing.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions for any issues related to the manufacturing process.
- Collaborate with production teams to address In process control concerns promptly
IV. Work Relationship
1. Internal
- Laboratory QC Team
+ Work closely with laboratory technicians, analysts, and other personnel to ensure the proper execution of testing procedures.
+ Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the laboratory team-
- Quality Assurance Team
Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure that quality control processes align with established standards and regulations. Address and resolve quality-related issues in coordination with the quality assurance team
- Production Team
Coordinate with the production team to ensure In process Control. Collaborate on the resolution of quality issues that may impact production
- Continuous Improvement Teams
Participate in and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the organization. Identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of in-process control testing
- Technical Department Team
Collaborate with the Technical team to implement new methods and development, material, and packaging material, Provide input on the quality aspects of new development.
