Key tasks of the position include:

Business Development:

• Preparing sales proposals, quotations, and presentation decks to support the Marketing and Business Development Manager in sales activities.
• Assist in the development of sales reports and weekly updates.
• Assist in managing the client list and researching for key persons in each school or company for sales approach.

Marketing:

• Execute marketing plans and promotional campaigns under the guidance of the Marketing and Business Development Manager.
• Conduct market research and competitor research to support sales & marketing efforts.
• Assist in content development for marketing materials, including newsletters, articles, press releases, brochures, flyers…
• Manage the website, social media channels and digital marketing activities.
• Support the Marketing and Business Development Manager at information booths and networking events to expand the awareness of Outward Bound Vietnam.
