1. Financial Recording & Bookkeeping

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Record financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Ensure correct classification of transactions in the general ledger.

2. Accounts Payable & Receivable

• Process and verify invoices, payments, and employee reimbursements.
• Track and follow up on outstanding receivables.
• Reconcile vendor and customer accounts.

3. Fixed assets control

• Process and verify invoices, payments, and fixed assets record.
• Track and follow up on monthly assets depreciation.
• Cycle physical count for fixed assets.

4. Taxation & Compliance

• Prepare and file tax returns (corporate, VAT, sales tax, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with local tax laws and financial regulations.
• Liaise with tax authorities and auditors for regulatory reporting.

5. Audit Support & Internal Controls

• Assist in internal and external audits.
• Ensure adherence to accounting policies and internal controls.
• Maintain documentation and records for audit purposes.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Professional certifications such as Chief accountant, IFRS certification, CPA, ACCA or CMA (preferred but not mandatory).
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles (VAS, IFRS recommend).
• Experience in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Tally, Xero, etc.).
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Good knowledge of taxation and financial regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• 3-5 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial reporting.
• Experience in corporate finance, public accounting, or industry-specific roles is an advantage.
