Mô Tả Công Việc
Objectives:
• Ensure to provide full support and assistance to the General Director
• Manage all administration activities of the company professionally and efficiently
Key Tasks and responsibilities:
Personal Assistant to General Director:
• Provide secretarial support and assistance to the GD
• Prepare, schedule and set-up meetings, presentations, reporting, minutes taking, etc.
• Keep track of and update the Director on all related Government policies
• Research, keep track and update the GD on all political and economical issues in Vietnam, mainly related to the car industry
• Other ad hoc assignments and projects
Office Administration:
• Work with suppliers and agencies to bring good services to the company: office cleaning, office decoration, office maintenance
• Manage all administration activities of the company professionally and efficiently
• Order stationery monthly and follow up with monthly payment of office rental fee, taxi charge, etc.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Qualified undergraduate degree
• Minimum 5 years experience in similar position with a multinational company
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Mature, dynamic, positive, confident, self motivated and team player
• Take ownership when facing with obstacles and problems
• Willingness to work hard, sometime going beyond the normal working hours
