Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the cage, ensuring efficient and secure handling of cash transactions, including exchanges, payouts, and deposits.
• Lead and motivate the cage staff, providing training and guidance to ensure high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
• Implement and enforce internal controls and procedures to ensure compliance with gaming regulations and safeguard against errors and fraud.
• Monitor cash levels to ensure sufficient funds are available to meet the operational needs of the casino.
• Resolve customer and staff issues related to cage operations, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Coordinate with the Assistant Cage Manager and other casino departments to ensure smooth operation of the cage and compliance with financial procedures.
• Prepare reports on cage operations, transactions, and discrepancies, as required by casino management and regulatory agencies.
• Participate in audits and inventory checks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial controls.

Requirement:

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role within cage operations, casino environment, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of cash handling procedures and experience managing financial transactions.
• Knowledge of gaming regulations and compliance requirements related to cage operations.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
• Proficient in the use of financial software and systems relevant to cage operations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
