Position Summary: The Operations Supervisor is a pivotal role within the Cosmo Club, tasked with overseeing the daily operational activities to ensure efficiency, high service standards, and optimal guest satisfaction. This position specifically requires an individual with extensive knowledge and understanding of various types of slot games, as their expertise will be crucial in managing the gaming operations aspect of the club. Alongside general operational responsibilities, the role involves direct supervision of operational staff, ensuring a superior guest experience, and maintaining the club’s facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily operations of the club, with a particular focus on the gaming floor and slot machine operations.
• Provide expert knowledge and guidance on various types of slot games to both guests and staff, enhancing the gaming experience and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of slot machines and gaming technology, coordinating with technical teams for maintenance and updates as needed.
• Train and supervise operational staff, ensuring they are well-versed in the features and rules of various slot games and can provide accurate information and assistance to guests.
• Collaborate with the Assistant Shift Manager and other operational leaders to implement and uphold operational procedures and policies.
• Resolve guest inquiries and issues related to gaming operations, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the club’s reputation.
• Assist in managing inventory, resources, and the maintenance of gaming equipment, ensuring all operational aspects of the slot games run smoothly.

Requirement:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Gaming Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of operational supervisory experience, preferably in a gaming or entertainment environment, with specific expertise in slot machine operations.
• Deep knowledge of various types of slot games, including their mechanics, rules, and regulations.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate staff.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and customer service skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, with proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
