• Design detailed scripts and mechanics for mobile games.
• Develop and balance game levels.
• Research new game ideas, market trends, and player behavior.

• At least 3 years of experience in Hyper Casual / Puzzle game design.
• Extensive gaming experience with a passion and strong commitment to game design.
• Strong imagination, creativity, logical thinking, and mathematical skills.
• Solid understanding of game design principles: game elements, mechanics, and balancing.
• Deep knowledge of the gaming market, trends, and player preferences.
• Experience with mobile game development and published games is a plus.
• Ability to analyze and interpret Firebase, Appsflyer, and Google Console metrics.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
