In Vietnam, Rödl & Partner operates through its offices in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi City. As the first German Law firm in Vietnam, our offices serves our clients with legal advice on investment related issues including corporate and tax law as well as accounting services. Rödl & Partner offers its advice in German, English and Vietnamese. We are permanently extending our business as a one stop shop for our clients.

Comprehensive Employee Benefits:
• Probation: 60 days
• Work Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Bonus: Tết bonus & Performance Bonus
• Paid Leave: 15 days annual + 5 days sick leave

Key accountabilities:
• Participate as a team member in tax advisory projects and assist the manager in project control.
• Provide expert advice on transfer pricing issues.
• Gather information through client interviews and utilize specialized financial databases to create transfer pricing policies and compliance documents in accordance with Vietnamese regulations on related party transactions in both English and Vietnamese.
• Prepare statutory transfer pricing information disclosure forms.
• Contribute to transfer pricing audit support and prepare appeal letters.
• Generate fee quotes and compile data packs for presentations on transfer pricing matters.
• Keep tax and accounting teams informed of updates on transfer pricing regulations.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Line Managers.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; Law would be advantageous but not mandatory.
• Profound knowledge of Vietnamese transfer pricing regulations.
• Sound understanding of international guidance and practices related to managing transactions between affiliated entities in Multinational Enterprises (e.g., OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines, BEPS actions).
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience handling transfer pricing matters in international advisory firms; preference for experience in Big 4 advisory firms.
• Proficient in both verbal and written English; proficiency in German is beneficial but not required.
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, contributing at all levels as necessary to deliver quality client solutions.
