Key accountabilities:
• Participate as a team member in tax advisory projects and assist the manager in project control.
• Provide expert advice on transfer pricing issues.
• Gather information through client interviews and utilize specialized financial databases to create transfer pricing policies and compliance documents in accordance with Vietnamese regulations on related party transactions in both English and Vietnamese.
• Prepare statutory transfer pricing information disclosure forms.
• Contribute to transfer pricing audit support and prepare appeal letters.
• Generate fee quotes and compile data packs for presentations on transfer pricing matters.
• Keep tax and accounting teams informed of updates on transfer pricing regulations.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Line Managers.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; Law would be advantageous but not mandatory.
• Profound knowledge of Vietnamese transfer pricing regulations.
• Sound understanding of international guidance and practices related to managing transactions between affiliated entities in Multinational Enterprises (e.g., OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines, BEPS actions).
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience handling transfer pricing matters in international advisory firms; preference for experience in Big 4 advisory firms.
• Proficient in both verbal and written English; proficiency in German is beneficial but not required.
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, contributing at all levels as necessary to deliver quality client solutions.
