Support administrative works for Patient Affairs Project• To process expenses (NAVISON) and working closed with Finance to make sure the payment is paid on-time and meet Compliance & Finance procedure. • Input all relating payments into Navision system for NDT project, Elfie project or other PA projects. Contact/follow up suppliers to correct/ gather/ request invoices, other services.• Help in the maintenance of financial records on the utilisation of funds under all projects. • Follow up SGT statements, turnovers, invoices, TNT, hotels, flights to support the PA department.• Assist Project Manager in managing the logistics of event: prepare honorarium documents, deliver invitation letter/toolkit/abstract, contact suppliers for dealing small value goods...• Working with purchasing and suppliers in producing, buying, or setting up NDT Corner.• Working with purchasing officer in printing and inventory management all materials related to PA projects, including delivery plan to stake holders. • Coordinates and schedules project teams meetings, as well as update and support meetings with stakeholders.• Provide support in the execution of activities for and in monitoring the execution of project work plans to ensure project activities are properly and realistically scheduled and reported. • Other tasks are assigned by the Patient Affairs Manager.

Requirements:• 1- 2 years’ experience in Administration/Payment/Accountant field.• Ability to keep clear and accurate records and reports on computer. • Ability to organize workload and to work under pressure/problem solving.• Positive thinking, confidential, reliable, hard-working, detail-oriented, and honest.• Good time-management, multi-tasking skills, influence communication, and high collaboration.• Proficiency in English.• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
