About the Role:

Are you an experienced educator and trainer looking for a career-defining opportunity? We are seeking a passionate Regional Teacher Trainer & Academic Consultant to join our dynamic team. Based in Vietnam, you’ll play a pivotal role in empowering educators, supporting business

development, and influencing the growth of English language learning across the region.

This role can be in our Ho Chi Minh office on a hybrid working model.

Role Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging teacher training, product presentations, and methodology talks both online and face to face.
• Create impactful social media content that resonates with educators and promotes our academic solutions.
• Provide academic consultancy to customers, sales teams, and distributors.
• Collaborate on local and regional marketing campaigns, contributing to message development and content creation.
• Conduct market research, analyze competitor products, and provide insights to enhance product positioning.
• Build lasting relationships with key customers and support new business opportunities across emerging markets.
  
  

Experience, Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of post-qualification experience (CELTA/Trinity CertTESOL or equivalent required).
• An Undergraduate/university degree
• Experience in teacher training, curriculum advising, or educational publishing.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills, with a knack for creating engaging content.
• An ability to create social media content including video creation.
• Willingness to travel across Southeast Asia, with Vietnam as your home base.
