Key Job Purpose :
The Sysmex Vietnam Supply Chain Executive is the supply chain representative in the business who represents the knowledge and capability of supply chain principles and techniques that can be applied to a market to deliver product that meets the needs of the market.
This role supports the Supply Chain Team Leader to drive a foundation of strong supply chain processes in North region.
Ensure all activities and conduct within Supply Chain are complying to all company policies, procedures, and local regulation.
Summary of Functional Duties & Responsibilities:
Demand Planning/ Forecasting
• Manage processes and methods to gather supply chain data.
• Work closely with the North sales department to have the most accurate monthly forecasts. Monitor forecast, analyze data to identify problems and suggest improvements with strong ties to financials.
• Utilize key metrics results as leading indicators to identify opportunities for forecasting improvements.
Supply planning and supply delivery
• Monitor back order and shortage of supply issue.
• Import/ Export and local shipments monitoring.
• Payment check and payment support about forwarding service, operation fee, monitor 3'rd party KPI and raise improve ideas.
Customer Management
• Manage customer sales orders in the assigned territory.
• Manage customers to comply with the company's requirements, policies or requests that require customers to coordinate in a timely and consistent manner.
• Connect LSP and customers to support all problem right time, right way.
• Coordinate with other departments to manage customer purchases and transportation of goods.
• Improve operational efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.
Inventory management
• Closely working with LSP on the daily inventory activities.
• Manage the transfer of goods between regions systematically and reasonably to minimize costs and risks regarding the shelf life of goods. Monitor the short shelf life products/ exceed stock to work with related department for action taken to optimize the operation cost.
• Understand the optimum inventory level to identify the high-risk stock and seek for appropriate solutions.
• Monitor, control and ensure reconciliation: reagents, spare parts and instruments in LSP Warehouse and SVN office warehouse in North to ensure accuracy complying to process.
• Annual Stock take activities.
Process/ Project
• Together with the team, accountable to monitor and optimize the SC KPIs.
• Joining new launch project as a project member offering SC expertise support and ensure new product launches within business / affiliate are aligned with launching plan.
• To follow up change management i.e. Label change management.
Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

• Minimum Experience: Min 3 years working experience of supply chain work in international business in terms of healthcare
• Skills and Knowledge: Inventory Management, Importation, Logistics Process Management, Procurement, PC literate, English Communication
• Attitude Required: Positive mindset; resourceful; sense of urgency, customer focused, team player, responsible, flexibility
• Knowledge Desired but not Essential: Medical devices experience, Accounting & Logistic IT system Familiar with SAP system, IBP
• Travel Requirement: Flexible to respond to regional training/meetingAttractive Salary
