We are looking for UI/UX and Frontend Talents to join our highly motivated hard working & playing team developing state-of-the-art LINE Yahoo's products

• Work directly with LINE Yahoo team (technical leaders, designer, engineers...) to figure out user's needs, problems, expectations; to contribute ideas & solution as well as to realize/ resolve them.
• Deliver outputs with expected quality, speed, compliance in order to bring the best values to product's end users
• Mentor or coach junior members if needed to achieve a certain level of competency or performance to meet project's objectives

UI/UX Design

• Strong portfolio that showcases previous projects and design thinking process.
• Ability to create wireframes and user flows to demonstrate design concepts and ideas.
• Demonstrated focus on designing with the user in mind
• Experience with Figma, Photoshop, Adobe Illutralor

Web Design

• Having 3+ year experience in web design jobs
• Being excellent at SASS/SCSS, HTML5/CSS3, JS, Animation, Responsive

Front end

• Having experience in front-end development is a HUGE PLUS (NextJS, jQuery, Local Storage, Redux, Redux-observable...)

Others

• Good problem solving, collaboration, and communication skill
• Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure designs are polished and precise.
• Experience in UI Testing (Ex: Focus on the smallest details)
• Experience in investigating Browser/Device related problems
• Being able to read and write English/Japanese

• The salary of probation period is paid equal to the official salary.
