Admission
• Join in all admission events and business activities of the admission team in Vung Tau and HCMC to achieve admission targets;
• Admission consulting by phone or email to students and organization (customers) with information related to products, services, curriculum, schedule and events.
• Follow enrollment process, collect admission documents, input and store data on all college admission activities to monitor and manage.
• Study and understand documents related to admission procedure, program materials, fees, admissions documents, admission records…
• Prepare, print, and make copy of admission documents for students and potential customers.
• Actively contact potential students according to the provided list or self-exploit via phone, email, and directly meet at the office.
• Coordinate with the communication team in such events as PR, admissions events, surveys, market research and analysis, thereby capturing customers' psychology and needs to advise customers.
• Manage, monitor and maintain periodically report implementation items.

Marketing
• Interpret creative briefs to develop and produce creative concepts through execution on assigned brands
• Research and understand the client's needs and target audiences, through online searches, reviews of existing research, interviews with subject matter experts, and in-person meetings
• Create original content and edit content for a range of corporate marketing and communications materials
• Collaborate with a team of execution manager and creative staff from concept development to delivery of final product
• Present creative concepts and final deliverables to internal team.
• Revise content based on internal feedback/direction

Other tasks will be assigned by Manager
