In charge of Child Sponsorship fields: Health check, Special case
Keep contact with managers and staff in HO
In charge of the efficiency of the activities during implementation: Preparing, making proposals, planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating, reporting
Contact/Deal with related local partners to facilitate the implementation of activities
Guide and ensure that partners, participants properly follow GNI regulations during the activities
Regularly reporting on activities/events or when required to the PIC of activities and project manager
Managing and promoting the process of disbursement as planned
Cooperating with other divisions in the office to implement the activities effectively
Actively consulting HO for efficiency and adjustment of the activities/programs (if any)
Implementing other activities when required by managerial levels;

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Education:
University degree in Education, Social work and other related fields.
Requirements:
Knowledge about eco-social situation in working area
Previous experience in working with children or working for an NGO is a priority.
Skills
English communication lever;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Proficient in office computer skills and software;
Plan-making and presentation skills.
Attitude
Enthusiastic in work;
Friendly, honest and hard-working;
Eager to learn.
