Mô Tả Công Việc
Job Description:
• Responsible for accounting entries in Dynamics 365
• Bank statements processing
• Review staff reimbursements, input accounting entries and arrange payment
• Execute monthly financial close process including journal entries and reconciliations within set company timelines
• Review financial works prepared by outsourcing firm
• Responsible for the accuracy of balance sheet account reconciliations and intercompany reconciliations
• Maintain fixed assets register
• Preparation of financial reports and consolidation reports, conduct analysis in areas such as sales, profitability and department KPI
• Cooperate with internal departments and external clients/parents and affiliates of the group efficiently and smoothly
• Implement and maintain accounting and internal control procedures
• Develop and streamline internal processes
• Support the annual budget preparation
• Responsible for compiling supporting documentation for annual external audits and interfacing with the audit team
• Responsible for taxation matters and local statutory requirements, such as tax filings, government reports
• Investigate and resolve any irregularities, account discrepancies, or enquires in time
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders incl. auditors, government authorities, banks
• Consistently support compliance by maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information; reporting non-compliance, and adhering to applicable laws and regulations, and the Company’s policies and procedures
• Back up other accounting members as requested and directed
• Complete other duties deemed necessary to support the Company’s business operations

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• Minimum 7 year of progressive accounting experience in an international company
• Must possess Chief Accountant Certificate or CPA/ACCA qualified
• Possess a thorough understanding of Accounting Standards and financial statement construction
• Solid understanding of local GAAP / IFRS rules and regulations, working knowledge of US GAAP.
• Fluent in English, can use English as working language. Fluent in Mandarin is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to prepare and analyze comprehensive reports, carry out assigned projects to their completion
• Proven record of system atomization implementation, streamline of process, internal control experience and lead a project to success.
• Demonstrated ability to be customer focused and responsive to questions and needs in a deadline driven environment
• Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
• Ability to work in a team environment, and leverage additional resources as needed
• Ability to demonstrate flexible and efficient time management and to appropriately prioritize workload based upon organization or department needs
• High attention to details, ensure accuracy in completion of work
• Good communication skill, both verbal and written
• Open minded, willing to embrace change
• Motivated, self-starter who desires success
• Great team player
