Job Description  

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QAQC specialist to join our team at a leading supermarket in the retail industry. As the QAQC specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of our products, processes, and services to maintain high standards and customer satisfaction. 

You will play a key role in analysing, documenting, and implementing quality control measures throughout our supermarket, emphasising on reducing defects, improving processes, and identifying areas for improvement. With your expertise in quality assurance and quality control, you will have a significant impact on the overall customer experience and help drive our supermarket to new levels of excellence. 

Responsibilities  

• Conduct regular inspections and audits of supermarket areas to identify any quality issues or potential risks 
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors to establish and implement quality control measures 
• Evaluate and analyse data to identify trends and patterns that may impact product quality 
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to guide quality control practices 
• Document and report any non-conformities to management, outlining recommended corrective actions 
• Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and verify their effectiveness 
• Conduct training sessions for supermarket staff on quality control measures and procedures 
• Continuously improve and streamline quality control processes to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness 

Requirements  

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience 
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance within the retail industry 
• Strong knowledge and understanding of quality management principles and methodologies 
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills 
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written 
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment 
• Proficient in using quality control tools and software

Working schedule: Mon – Fri (8:30AM - 5:30PM) 

Working location: 4th Floor, Viet Tower Building, No.1 Thai Ha, Trung Liet, Dong Da, Hanoi.
