Job title: Shipping Staff

Job purpose: Responsible for preparing and managing all customs-related documents and procedures for imported raw materials and exported finished goods, ensuring compliance with Vietnamese customs laws and company policies

Working schedule:

• 44 hours/week, off on Saturday and Sunday

Reporting line:

• Shipping Supervisor

Job summary:

• Prepare and submit the final settlement report on the use of imported materials and export products to the customs authority.
• Prepare, manage, and retain records for imported materials and exported products.
• Calculate and maintain accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) for customs purposes.
• Declare and submit processing/manufacturing contracts to customs.
• Prepare and submit complete customs dossiers for import and export shipments.
• Maintain accurate records of all transfer/shipment documents with updated signatures of delivery and receipt
• Understand and follow all internal documents and procedures related to the job function in accordance with the company’s training plans

Job requirements:

• Degree in Logistics, Foreign trade or related field
• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in Logistics, Documentation Staff, Import-Export Staff, …
• Strong understanding of Vietnamese customs regulations and export-import documentation
• Proficiency in English (both in written and spoken)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to meet tight deadlines
