Our client is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join their dynamic team in their manufacturing site nearby Ho Chi Minh. This role offers an exciting opportunity to serve as the primary customer relationship owner for assigned accounts, ensuring profitable and mutually beneficial relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving customer retention and satisfaction, coordinating and resolving customer queries, preparing detailed pricing updates, and developing business skills to better assess business situations.

This role provides a unique chance to work in a cross-functional capacity, with a focus on improving the overall experience between customers and internal teams.

What you'll do:


As a Senior Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with all customer representatives. Your excellent problem-solving skills will be put to use as you coordinate, resolve, and respond to all customer queries and complaints. You will prepare fully detailed finished good pricing updates for assigned accounts, including initial quotations, ongoing price updates during new product introduction programs, and quarterly price updates. Your keen attention to detail will be essential in keeping accurate historical records and notes of customer pricing. You will also have the opportunity to develop your business skills further by assessing which business situations need elevation to management.


* Serve as the primary customer relationship owner for assigned accounts.
* Drive customer retention and satisfaction by acting as the client advocate to internal teams.
* Coordinate, resolve and respond to all customer queries/complaints.
* Prepare fully detailed finished good pricing updates for assigned accounts.
* Keep accurate historical records and notes of customer pricing.
* Develop business skills to better assess which business situations need elevation to management.
* Pursue communications with customer during the bubble up stage of new product introduction program.
* Lead regular program management meetings/emails with customers.
* Ensure full response from all teams for completion of build readiness task list.
* Monitor financial exposure for assigned accounts and minimize company financial risk.


What you bring:


The ideal candidate for the Senior Program Manager role is a seasoned professional with strong interpersonal skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a keen attention to detail. You will bring your experience in preparing fully detailed finished good pricing updates for assigned accounts, maintaining accurate historical records and notes of customer pricing, and developing business skills to better assess which business situations need elevation to management. Your ability to pursue communications with customers during the bubble up stage of new product introduction programs and lead regular program management meetings/emails with customers will be crucial in this role. Additionally, your experience in ensuring full response from all teams for completion of build readiness task list and monitoring financial exposure for assigned accounts will be invaluable in minimizing company financial risk.


* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-lasting relationships with customers, together with experience in manufacturing companies in electronics, electrics, automotive, aerospace or related
* Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to coordinate and resolve customer queries/complaints.
* Ability to prepare fully detailed finished good pricing updates for assigned accounts.
* Keen attention to detail in maintaining accurate historical records and notes of customer pricing.
