Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for VN service supply chain operation, partner with stakeholders and support functions for improving VN supply chain performance and achieve KPI
• Responsible for Inventory and PO Management
• Validate safety stock and forecast with service stakeholders
• Control and approve the placement of priority orders
• Coordinate inbound and outbound supply flow accurately and on time. Ensuring traceability of material stocks and tracking inbound and outbound PO/SO
• Supporting and coordinating with transport team and service team on import and export activities
• Other administration tasks assigned by supply chain lead: including but not limited to debit note verification and confirmation, PR creation in system, GR posting, cost reporting, and supporting for invoice posting process
  
  

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business administration or related fields.
• 3+ years working experience in supply chain operation.
• Good communication in English.
  
  

Competencies

• Advanced MS Excel skills required, working experience with SAP is advantageous
• Good analytical skills. Advanced in PowerBI is advantageous.
• Good time management/ planning skill.
• Collaborative colleague.
• Demonstrate a willingness to work in the cross-functional and team environment
